Chicano traditional, shading will be done in a second session. My artist said no alcohol for 72 hours but I forgot to ask about weed edibles.

Accurate high kicks

I’ve been attempting to use more kicks in combat. I see videos in instagram very often where people are straight up kicking opponents in the head and knocking their asses out. I’ve been attempting this and can only achieve kicks to the abdomen at best. I’ve been trying to swing my camera down to up and can’t get it. I get rushed, grabbed and put down pretty quick.
Are these mods? Legit? How can I achieve this?
