Found it/them in the Creature Spawn mod, don't konw when FS added it/them, I think it maybe fun to encounter it/them.
Maybe It/they spawned by Beast of Nurgle?

Ogryn will get 2 Buffs after the Skitarii update.
1.Point-Blank Barrage CD wlii be buffed from 80s to 60s.
2.Ripper gun will not need to focus on 66% ammo stat, 66% above will also stack blessings such as Blaze Away or Inspiring Barrage on every shot instead of every other shot.

Skitarii shield can't block the Vomit of BoN, and etc.
According to Skitarius Talents & Mechanics, the shield gives player two buffs, "count_as_dodge_vs_ranged" and "suppression_immune", So projectiles like fire, net, or vomit , etc can still get you.
And it is consumable, you need to find grenade.
