The status for my Int PhD has changed to "Interviewed" on my application portal, but for my MSc it still shows "Shortlisted", despite me having already attended the interview for both. Does that mean I've been rejected?

(PS: Gave an interview at an IIT recently, and that lowkey traumatized me. Hence the paranoia and search for any tidbits of info about the interview:( )
