Help!
My protein intake is high have been eating healthy and working out 4 times a week mainly with weights 6 months postpartum with third baby 3 babies in 3 years lost 30kg but my butt is flatter than a pancake and my tummy is not going anywhere! Especially my lower belly my arms are toning up amazing and my upper tummy even though all my workouts are focused on lower body and glutes! All Weighted too I'm 6 months in and I'm just so confused with my I'm not seeing absolutely any change and it kinda seems as though my glutes are somehow getting smaller! Help!
