I been lifting for 4 year my bench press is stuck at 160kg my zercher squat is always increasing right now at 175 kg I weigh 105 kg I have 60 days of rad140 cycle ready I will bulk while using it but I wonder if its enough? should I add 10 mg yk ? or its good for first cycle in my life?

Bench in my gym is very bad its imposible to do leg drive so I only did larsen press for years and hit 155kg and then I switched to 45 degree incline bench and hit 140kg couple day ago how much these lifts are equal in normal bench press?
