I built a prescreener for psychiatric services that gives structured output for a psychiatrist to intake someone. It is driven in the backend by OpenAI's API. Node/Postgres/Express.

At the time, the idea was for psychiatrists to use this as a pre-appointment summary....costs ~0.5 - 1 rupee per chat in OpenAI tokens. It is designed to meet all legal guidelines as per the Mental Health Act (India) and NIMHANS.

Please note this is just an example...not the state of my life.
