I always run a traffic campaign to feed relevant audience to ASC, and for a larger TOFU. But recently I read on google and multiple posts that traffic campaign rather helping ASC but is infact bad for ASC's targeting as it sends "cold non converting" signal.

Please let me know what is the correct setup according to latest updates. What works for you guys.
