Does migrating my GTA5 online Legacy edition to Enhanced edition only work on GTA5 with Steam? Does it work with rockstar games launcher? When i play Legacy version it doesnt have the option in the pause menu to migrate (I dont have the Enhanced version). Is that the problem or the launcher?

How does the bunker research work in GTA5 online? Is it unlocking in a random order or I can chose what a want to unlock. I am currently trying to unlock the explosive ammo for my shotgun and sniper and idk if I am just wasting my time and money for the the things that I dont need.
