Folks who work as buyers for grocery store chains (Empire, Loblaw, etc.), can you tell us how buying works for FreshCo vs. Sobeys, or No Frills vs. Loblaws?

Just curious how it works, are the goods at lower cost grocers rejected goods from their more "premium" cousins or are the goods sourced differently?

How do they dock these ships at the sugar factory?

Are they basically beached? Does it damage the hull?
