Looking for a Cheap Watch With Two Digital Times

I’m looking for a cheap watch with the function of digitally displaying two times at once, specifically GMT and local. Would be nice if waterproof too. Sorry if this is the wrong sub to ask, thanks for any input.

PC Soft Crashes, Certain USB Devices Disconnect, HDD Disconnects, Front Panel Unusable.

Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: Gigabyte Rx 7600 OC
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600x
Motherboard: Asus Prime B550 M-A WIFI
BIOS Version: 3607
RAM: 2x16 T-Force 3600MHZ CL18
PSU: Apevia 800W Prestige 80+ Gold
Case: Deepcool Matrexx
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 Home 10.0.26200 build 26200
GPU Drivers: Radeon Software 26.6.1
Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 8.05.04.516
Background Applications: Escape From Tarkov, Chrome, also happens with other applications, as well as when messing about on the desktop
Using a USB WIFI Adapter.

Description of Original Problem:
This has occurred mostly whilst playing a game, but also sometimes using chrome, as well as messing about on the desktop.

I will hear windows device disconnect sounds, then a short freeze, then loss of network connection, and keyboard becomes unusable but still powered (rgb still on).

Mouse stays usable, and headset plays audio just fine. I can still click around and exit the game. Front panel USB also becomes unusable.

Troubleshooting:
I have noticed that if I now plug my keyboard into the usb port my headset was on, keyboard becomes usable again. Front panel USB stays unusable.

Digging around in event viewer shows that a reset to RaidPort0 was also issued right when I lose network and keyboard.

What I think is happening is that the chipset is tweaking out and makes all chipset connected things unusable, such as certain USB ports wired to chipset, SATA, and front panel IO. I think certain USB ports stay usable due to being on lanes provided by the CPU. CPU temps always stay below 75, GPU edge below 60, hotspot below 80.

Reinstalled Chipset drivers, kept BIOS because it was always stable before this.

What are some other fixes I could try? Thanks.

Is this a good deal? Maybe wait for Zen 6? [Canada]

Currently on a 5600x, Asus Prime B550 M-A, 2x16 3600 C18, Rx 7600. Looking to upgrade CPU soon, mainly play flight sim and CPU intensive games.

Saw this bundle for $1000 CAD:
7800x3d
Asus TUF B650-E WIFI
T-Force Vulcan 2x16 6000 C30

Link to bundle: https://www.canadacomputers.com/en/amd-desktop-processors/271975/amd-r7-7800x3d-cpu-asus-tuf-gaming-b650-e-wifi-motherboard-t-force-32gb-d5-6000mhz-cl30-ram.html

X3D is a non-negotiable for me, wondering if it’s worth waiting for Zen 6. 9800X3D bundles with the same RAM are going for $1300 CAD+
