Found cloth(?) wiring in basement
Bought this 1900 house a couple months ago. Wiring has been updated but knocking around the basement today I looked up and found a short run that it looks like got missed - might even be redundant, but it looks like it's still hot. Do I need to replace it? One section has some old green text printed on it that I can't really read.
ETA: the consensus seems to be that this is not the "cloth wiring" I thought it was, and should not be an issue. Thank you all!
