The most annoying AI leaders?

Hi, I want to play as Alexander on a 12-player deity on Pangea, and I want to manually select the AI opponents that are the most annoying in most games (they hate the player, act like jerks, etc.). Who would you recommend to assert my greatness on?

We should be able to get new memento slots during the game.

Seriously, who would use the "+50% Reduction in Commander Recovery Time" mementos, taking up a valuable slot? This is one of the more absurd examples, although there are plenty of practically useless mementos. Maybe, future tech or civic should also give a slot for an additional mementos and several options to choose from depending on the leader's attributes and the mementos unlocked in the meta-progression? Or maybe there should be some other way to implement this, because right now it's completely unclear why there are so many mementos if some are truly powerful, while others are practically pointless.

Do production buildings start to give a 10% penalty to the construction of new buildings when moving to the next age?

Yes, they usually don't, just like warehouse buildings. However, when moving to a new age, all buildings from the previous era lose their specialization—scientific, cultural, or otherwise. So the question arises: do they become a regular building from the previous age, imposing a penalty to the construction of apex buildings, or does the game remember that they were originally production buildings and shouldn't impose one?

Monasteries in the modern era do not provide a happiness bonus, although the settlement still has my religion.

Is this a bug or a feature?

Lonely, sad, unbearable...

Hi! English isn't my native language, so please forgive any inaccuracies. I'd like to express my thoughts, not so much for specific advice as for the sake of relief.

Lately, I've rarely been going to church – I took communion on Christmas, and the last time was a month ago. I've had these cool-downs before, and before, I could somehow clench my fists and force myself, but now... now I just feel tired. It's not despondency, which I've experienced before, but something more... a feeling of utter hopelessness. I suppose I feel like Christ's disciples did during the period when he died but hadn't yet risen.

I've had a lot of problems in my life. Just two or three years ago, everything was completely unclear with my studies, housing, and, in general, my future (plus, I didn't come to Christianity right away and had a rather traumatic youth), but now everything is finally starting to improve... you'd think I should be happy. But all these years have been really hard for me, and in a way, it's made even harder by the fact that I was trying to be a Christian and professing to be one. Like, a few girls, quite attractive, showed interest in me, and although I didn't truly love any of them, if I were an atheist, I could have gone out with any of them, gotten something out of them, and then dumped them and found someone else (I'm not condoning this in any way, I'm just speculating, because that's how atheists live). And it would have been so much easier for me; I wouldn't have sat at home crying at night; I would have had some emotions, some joy! What good is having something without being able to share it with someone? And even confessing Christ in an atheistic environment—I mostly just didn't hide my faith (but I didn't flaunt it either), but the group didn't accept me for a long time, and without emotional support, it was really hard for me to bear it; I just cried over and over again.

I just wanted to meet an Orthodox girl. I'm ashamed to admit this now, because my spiritual life isn't that active, and I'm sure some in my parish consider me apostate. But I think like an Orthodox person; I have this worldview, this perception of the world. I don't go to church because I'm overcome with utter despair, not because I despise it. I generally go outside once a week in the summer, and I'm not happy at all. And I understand that I have certain psychological peculiarities, perhaps schizoid or autistic, but I believe I owe my immersion in the spiritual dimension largely to them. It's as if, by directing yourself toward the world, you're directing yourself toward vanity rather than toward God, but... it's all complicated.

So, about the Orthodox girl. I'll say right away that I'm kind of aware of my shortcomings, but I'm not looking for some kind of supergirl. I mean, I'm not ready to marry just anyone, just in church, but I like all kinds of girls, and, for example, the girl I've been particularly attracted to lately is considered "ugly" by my family, but I really like her. Likewise, I don't like many beautiful Orthodox girls, so my expectations aren't too high, I suppose. But the problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to meet someone. Like, I have my own apartment and all that, but I still don't consider myself a good enough, worthy person. It's as if, if I make a move on a girl, I'm declaring that I can give her something, but... can I? Plus, I have difficulties in social situations - I'm supposedly a kind, friendly guy, but I'm a homebody and introvert, and it's hard for me to ask a girl out or to pursue her - not because I'm selfish, but because, as I said, I have some mental peculiarities that make all these complex social interactions difficult for me (and I'm studying to be a psychologist, haha :) but my colleagues are unlikely to help me with anything because they're confused by my very religious orientation). Maybe I'm a bad person, but quite a lot of people around me have a good opinion of me - maybe they're wrong, I don't know.

The most I can do is like a girl I like on social media and hope she'll be the first to add me as a friend, and maybe even message me, or I'll approach her myself. I understand it's manipulation, but I'm simply incapable of spontaneously starting a conversation. This exact situation happened not long ago: I liked my post (not even a photo, but a comment), the girl ignored it, and after a while I removed it, as I thought, so as not to weigh heavily on her mind (and now I realize I might have offended her). Then I didn't see her for a long time, but a couple of months later, while I was sitting in the reading room at my university, I noticed her sitting slightly ahead of me and looking back in my direction (we weren't acquainted before the like, but she knew I was from the temple). And guess what I did? I buried my face in my laptop so as not to see her! And I could literally feel how upset she was, looking at me for a while, and then not looking at me anymore. I just didn't know what to say, I was scared! Yes, I acted like a total jerk! And yes, this is the girl I really like, and still do (there's a small hope that she'll somehow read this and stop being upset with me, if she is – I could apologize, but I don't want to continue intruding into her life like an asshole).

And I understand that many will say: dude, take care of yourself, change, and everything will be okay. But, as I already said, I've suffered too much, in my own way, and now I just want... just warmth, "cheap" warmth. I'm no longer looking for a princess, like a young man; I'm simply looking for my own, my own kindred spirit, as imperfect as I am. But how, being an idiot, can I find such a girl? And, you see, I'm not doing this out of malice—I'm literally avoiding girls, and the more I like her, the more I do it! It's practically impossible for me to get married at this rate, unless God performs a miracle.

And all this is depressing. I have no Orthodox friends, no like-minded people, and that's exactly what I'm looking for: a soulmate. Not something vulgar and dirty, but something warm and sincere. But I have less and less hope that there can be anything bright in my life (otherwise, how could I marry "just anyone," and what good would that do?). I want to marry an Orthodox girl, but I feel like I'm not Orthodox enough myself (even though I am, sort of). Meanwhile, I've tried hanging out with "more spoiled" girls, and it turns out we had too little in common for anything to work out. And now I don't know who my soulmate is or how to find him.

And the more uncertain this becomes, the deeper my deep sadness. It's not despondency that gives way to joy, it's... it's what I live with. This sadness is the backdrop to my life. After all, if there's no love, then what's the point of all this, what's the point of being a good person? I understand that one should live a Christ-centered life, but that's just how I see things. I'm ready to crucify myself and give up everything for the person I choose and who chooses me (I deliberately don't say "love," so as not to confuse it with siusinut feelings), but if such a person, my soulmate, doesn't exist... honestly, I won't care whether I'm saved or lost. I understand that for a theologian this sounds silly, but for me it is. My profession requires me to help people, and I'm terrified of how I can fill someone else's world with light if my world is darkness...

So, that's how it goes. It's long and confusing because I wrote it "in the heat of the moment," and, again, I was more interested in getting it off my chest than in hearing practical advice (I don't know if you can suggest something original that I hadn't thought of). If you have anything to say, please write to me; I'd appreciate any kind comments.

A mistake in the sale's pricing?

Yesterday, there was already a post from another user about a sale at the Nintendo Eshop USA. But why is there a full discount only for Right to Rule, while for the earlier Crossroads of the World, there is only a discount for the mini-pack with wonders (but not for the expansion itself or its other components)? If this is the intended behavior, then it's fine, but I suspect a technical issue.
