This patient is 10 months post-op from a facelift, brow lift, and upper blepharoplasty. Her goal was to look like herself, just more rested and youthful. Her recovery was smooth and seamless, and she was able to return to her routine within a few weeks while her results continued to refine. As with all my surgical patients, her scars were treated at 6 weeks with an erbium ablative laser. We also used an Nd:YAG laser to fade a venous lake on her lower lip. Drop any questions below!

This patient is 3 months post-op from a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. The lower blepharoplasty addressed under-eye bags, while fat repositioning helped reduce shadowing, one of the main contributors to the “tired” look. Brow ptosis, especially lateral brow drooping, often contributes to upper eyelid hooding (it’s not always just excess upper lid skin).
