You share personal things because you know you’ll probably never see each other again. The friendship exists only for that brief encounter, like a single-serving portion.

An underrated gem from China 🇨🇳
The Wingsung/Junlai 601A changed my perception of “Made in China”
I just received this Wingsung—or Junlai—601A from China, and it has genuinely changed my perception of the “Made in China” label.
For years, that badge instinctively gave me the impression of something cheap, mass-produced and low in quality. This pen has challenged that assumption. The build quality, finish and overall craftsmanship feel remarkably good.
It is reassuring to see that fine craftsmanship can come from China as well. This pen may not completely erase years of prejudice towards the label, but it has certainly made me reconsider it.
Currently inked with the Platinum classic ink Sepia Black. A beautiful combo.
