I'm so confused. I'm lucky enough to not have to worry about work for a little longer, but most people in the animation Industry around me are freelance (not by choice). Why are there mostly full time job (one year long tops) openings if they refuse to hire you if you're not Freelance?
Hi! Does the highlighted part of the text have a meaning or cultural implications that I don't know or is this just a representation of extreme grief? It just feels a little odd to have this be your immediate reaction. Is it something akin to ripping your hair out to show grief (I know it was custom in southern Italy)?

Hi! I very recently started studying piano. Honestly I did it more to understand music theory than for the instrument itself, but I'm unexpectedly falling in love with it.
It's also slowly widening my music taste (I rarely listened to instrumental music before) and this leads to my question.
Where do you guys find new music/songs? For pop I go to the charts, for rock and musicals I basically trained my yt algorithm but I have no clue how to find new piano pieces or how to find new cool artists. Are there charts that you can keep an eye on, tags or channels that function along the lines of "here's some rising artists that are currently doing cool things"?
I don't know if it can help but I love Jo Blankenburg and Michael Giacchino.

Hi! I need advice please. I recently bought my first apartment and I'm dealing with the first summer in my new home.
The house is 54² meters, split into two spaces. I bought De’Longhi ES72 Classic 8300BTu. I'ts supposed to work well in spaces up to 60² meters but frankly it's not. The heat is managable now...but it's still heat. This thing was 400 euros. Any advice on how to improve the air conditioning in my apartment? I should add that I'm at a really high floor.
