Now that skeuomorphic, 3D, and more realistic visual styles are making a comeback in UI design, do you think we might see the opposite trend happen again in the future?

Could minimalist, flat 2D design make a comeback a decade from now—or even become the next big design trend?

Design trends seem to move in cycles, so I’m curious: are we eventually going to come full circle again?

My love for original Xperia and my beloved XPERIA Z2 is for lifetime. So I made an original classic xperia icon pack and applied it to the one ui home launcher. And yes some items like glassy folders and gradient on battery icon are concepts and modified by my own in Photoshop. TBH I'm not a fan of ONE UI's look but now I enjoy my phone everytime I look at it.

I added liquid glass widgets to my homescreen by true liquid glass app. The launcher is nova launcher and the icons are from classic 3d xperia z2 icons.
