Whats the simplest free software for sampling and chopping up audio?
I just need it for a project. all I really need is the ability to slice up an audio file, speed up, slow down, pitch change. whats the best option for me?

to start with I bumped it by quite a lot at 6.8k and 9.6k, +6.5db, but ill tone it down a little I think, im getting some sibilance, how do you guy EQ it?
the braided cable is making a ton of noise in my ears when it brushes against my clothes or whatever will any generic rubber cable do the trick?
clearly wasnt clear enough with my other post about just how dogshit the latency is. im talking business days. i mightve expected this from bluetooth headphones in the mid 2000s, not today
I'd seen in reviews that, once EQd, this pair's latency could be pretty noticeable, but for me it's pretty noticeable out of the box. They sound great though, good for music but for games and youtube its kinda annoying
Wanna get Forza Horizon 6 but my PC is pretty much exactly the "recommended" specs so whether or not itll run at a standard Im happy with is a guess until I get my hands on the game.
I have £20 in my wallet so if I used that fund it'd only be £40, great. If I use the wallet fund and decide to refund it, will the £20 go back in my wallet and the £40 back to my bank? Or will it all go into my wallet since I used the wallet funds. Can't find an answer for this on their site anywhere. The closest anything says is this: "You will receive the refund in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase". But its a little vague
Just got a pair of FT1s and theyre great, but whenever i move my head or my jaw or anything I can hear my hair/beard against the fabric on the pads. this never happened with my last headphones they had velvet pads, but i cant find any velour pads for these
Wanna buy some headphones and unfortunately Amazon is not an option because they are £120 on there when they're £30~ everywhere else.

While paying £15 on shipping for a £27 item is absurd, so is waiting nearly a month for it.

What's their story? Why do these clip on headphones get so much recognition? Is the sound quality that amazing for the price?
