I had been taking Viibryd for at least three months at 20 mg along with Wellbutrin. Psych lowered Wellbutrin but upped Viibryd to 30 mg. Started with lowering the WB first and that went fine. The next week I had to up the Viibryd and OMG last night was terrible. This was my second night taking 30 mg.
I was so scared. I had visual and audible hallucinations. I saw a burnt corpse in the corner of my room that looked like it was having a seizure. There was a fly buzzing noise and lights in my room seemed like it was flickering like a zombie movie.
Mailed psych this morning. Psych dept pharmacist told me to go back down to 20 mg. She also recommended I contact a psychiatrist and talk to them about my medication journey.
I am so tired from my lack of quality sleep today but I am scared to take a nap because of what happened last night.

I just got my latest Halara Haul today and I. So excited to wear my latest fits!
US seller here. I uploaded a mini travel iron and it asked me to name a custom price, which I thought was weird since it has never asked me that before. I put down a price and listed it.
Then a prospective buyer said she could not buy it. She clicked on my other listings and it was fine. I uploaded it again to see if it would work, same thing.
Any ideas as to what's going on? It's currently on reserve for her.
I'm going through perimenopause. My life seems like it's turned upside down. I'm going through a new phase of life and it's just so emotional. I moved to a new area a year ago with my partner. Walked away from a toxic community. I feel alone. My best friends are far away. I'm having a hard time making friends in the area. I also am looking in the mirror now and some days I'm like, "Who the hell is that?"
I know aging is a privilege but the future is scaring me.
I'm going to therapy which has been helping.
I just need some advice. A hug. I don't know. Maybe reassurance that this is normal.
