As much as I dislike her vanity , narcissism, selfishness and the fact that she scammed people with that funds for her mom’s treatment. I think a lot of it is her trauma response - she had dreamt of a well loaded no effort rich lifestyle with Akhil - dated him for years and years and married him - to ensure her dreams are met. I think hornika is too secretive about the trip but calls it the best trip of her life because she could hook up with strangers comfortably in Bali ? She misses that in Dubai And Amerika. She wants a provider but also wants to have fun for the time being.
