It’s visiting the Stanford (Palo Alto) Space, and tonight they’ll be getting the other R2s into the store for tomorrow’s kick off of the block party. Let’s go!

It’s so amazing to be able to call this place home :)

Pic 1-3 is of two Catalina cove R2s and in pic 3 you can two white R2s further back as well (front and back view). Pic 4 and 5 is R2 next to the new RAV4 and R1S (launch green R2 next to that). Pic 6 and 7 is another launch green R2, with a Gen 1 launch green R1S nearby. Pic 8 and 9 are half moon grey and Catalina cove in the shade. Pic 10-12 are 4 separate white R2s, one being next to an Ioniq 5. 13 is a half moon grey one and you can see an OG camo R1S! Pic 14 is the back/quarter view of the RAV4 next to R2. 15-17 is a white and two camo R2s. 18-19 is more of Catalina cove and lastly, 20 is the Palo Alto Police R1S that drove by at the Stanford mall!

This is Rexie Baloo, she’s our family’s 2007 RX350 FWD that went from my grandpa over to my grandma and in past year and half, under me! I’ve learnt to drive with this car, earn my license with this car, taken many fantastic family trips and crossing 200k miles with her! Learning to change the oil every 5k miles, changing out the ignition coils, and tinkering for two months after she broke down on the side of the freeway at night (quite the experience). It’s amazing to me how much more efficient she can be as well! She’s quite beat up and has a lot of things I’d call battle scars, but I’ve gotten to appreciate them. Under grandma’s driving, the average mpgs was always around 16-17 and the cruising range was at 290. At best, I’ve been able to see the average mpg climb to 34.1 and the cruising range after a long trip was 428 miles. In the brief time frame and 25,000 miles, she’s been all over the Bay Area, up to Lake Tahoe and down to SoCal. I love the color so much, it’s bamboo Pearl over ivory. Just wanted to share some memorable pictures I’ve taken of her as well. I look forward to many more fun adventures to come!
