Lack of proper hygiene worries me a bit, and also long hours to wear them and thus possibly leading to lenses drying out. I always carry had disinfectant on longer trips, because of lack of running water other than in rivers.

I do have moisturizing eye drops too, but even with those it's sometimes a bit pain in the ass to get contact lenses out from my eyes. I can easily take them off without mirror too, so that doesn't worry me.
