I am listening to cat food on my favourite album, and one I have been listening to for almost five decades since I stole it from my dead stepfather. I know killing someone for their King Crimson collection is extreme, but these are some beautiful vinyl and I wantsed it.

I don't want to speak about the cover of In The Wake Of Poseidon, which I "lent" to someone to put behind their fish tank. I have cried enough, and the actual vinyl still plays perfectly. Many a magical moment I have had to this album, and all the others.

What I'm saying is, I HAVE JOINED THIS SUB!

I might even read it sometimes, though it's a bit like dancing about architecture or something.

If you roll with "lotsa tabs" and update ComfyUI and suddenly have no clue what is going on and where, I feel for you. It's not you, it's ComfyUI, they switched the so-so animated favicon for "icons that cannot be distinguished from each other without close scrutiny". I know, who has the time?

Invert the colours of all the images except "frame_9.png" in your favourite image editor (irfanview), and BOOM! You can once again see which tab is "in progress".

You can buy all sorts of email privacy services but nothing beats this:

Buy your own domain (anything is fine) + (optionally) your own mail server (VPS are cheap and one-click).

When I sign up for bestofferseva.com it's two clicks and a quick type to create bestofferseva@mydomain.com.

If I ever get spammed at that address; two important things happen.

1. I delete the address. Fuck them.

2. I know exactly which company is selling my email address and I make this known publically.

A domain is around a fiver a year. A VPS (and these things practically set themselves up these days) with mail server and SSL and DANE and whatever, is about the same price.

Spam doesn't bother me, and this is why.

I live a couple storeys up and am blessed with many intelligent corvids and large gulls in my locale.

Also, occasionally, vehicles with their engines idling.

So, I take a slice of bread, spread peanut butter on one side.

Roll the bread into a Swiss-roll shape.
Cut into thick slices.

If you throw this at cars, it sticks.

And after the initial treat has been stolen, there is a lovely peanut butter splodge on the car which the birds will peck away at, creating nice permanent reminders on the car-brain's vehicle with their tough beaks. Hey, not me, the birds did it!

Also, treat for the birds!
