How to deal with sprained ankles

Have been skating for two months and feel I’ve made some good progress and really have been eager to try new tricks. I sprained my left ankle around 4 weeks ago, and it felt a little weak so I went to the doc to just check up on it. Less than 12 hours later I sprain the RIGHT ONE. Ugh it’s so fucking frustrating but is this just normal and apart of the process or is it me? I stretch and started wearing compression sleeves + wraps. Anything else?

LSAT Accommodations

Hi, so I just started studying for the August LSAT (not a good idea… well aware) but I just got my accommodations approved and was just wondering how much you think these should help. I am allowed double times on each section (70 minutes) per, unlimited paper, 10 min breaks in between each section. Should I study using these since I will be able to on official test? How can I use these to help me the most! Thanks again!!

Hi, currently studying for the LSAT and believe it or not wanna decompress with a lawyer movie. I’ve seen none but have devils advocate, primal fear, and a time to kill on my list.

Need Advice

So im on the older side of starting my journey but have been skating for about a month and have been able to ollie up and down curbs, shuv, pop shuv, nollie, manuel in around a month of starting. I played sports growing up and always stretched as I had very tight hips. I’ve been lazy and just gotten right on the board and gotten lazy and sprained my ankle just ollie warming up. The first question I have is how long I should wait to hop back on the board, and two the best ankle/leg stretches before and after riding to prevent injuries.

Thanks so much!
