I've always considered myself as an over productive kind of guy , since childhood , in school I was a good , disciplined student, at college I was one of the toppers , and now after that I've finished college, I decided to go towards my family business, which Is agriculture, I'm the eldest son of the family with a little sister who's still in college and my late grandfather owned 30 acres of land which he leased while being in a government job , later on my father took over that business along with his government job , he managed the job and the agriculture and has now expanded this land to 40 acres , we generate enough revenue from the farm (12-15 lakhs) growing cash crops so that doing a job is just a matter of choice for me,

I've given almost every competitive exams possible, including medical, management, agricultural, you name it , and failed in each one of them ( maybe the UR category curse) , I decided to go for business, expand the agricultural land or do something related to it , but the finances are not at the right place this time , my sister is still in college and her fees , the land investments and the family expenses doesn't leave much for the business, ( most of our money goes back to buying land , something my father believes is good for the future,)

So , my point being, I feel there's something I should do about myself, a job or anything for the time being , as I have a lot of free time during off season, but considering the conditions of a private employee in my city , I feel I should wait it out until I have enough money for the business.

Hey folks! It's been a while since this incident happened , it was a really scary one , i thought I might share it with you guys before sleeping.

So , this happened around 8-10 years ago I was probably 15 at that time , it was december and me and my mom went to our Nani's quarter home in junnardeo ( jamai) as she was in the forest department.

The quarters were located at the starting of a forest area , inside , away from the main road , and there were three quarters. Each side by side , the middle one was empty , the only families living there were my Nani and mama , and the other side , a cop's family. And also , right in front of the quarters at the opposite side of the road , lived the Ranger all alone in his quarter and at the side of his quarter was the office of the forest officers.

It was a very cold night , if you went out at night you would see fog covering the forest with only one orange street light by the office , I was sleeping with my mum on the front room of the quarter , my Nani and mama on the second room inside and even after covering myself with 2 blankets I felt cold ( so you can imagine).

It was around 2 am , a small window of the front room was broken , and was covered by a piece of newspaper, all of a sudden my mom woke up and hurried back , towards the room where nani and mama were sleeping , she seemed scared but was being quiet. As i woke up I called her " Mummy , kya hua? " She frantically came to me saying to keep my mouth shut by sign language, and I went to the other room , then at that point my Nani and mama were awake as well.

She told nani , " maine newspaper se kisi ki aakhe dekhi , jo mujhe dekh rahi thi "

We got scared , she started crying , and it started to become a tense situation ,

All of a sudden, we all heard a loud banging sound followed by a very loud scream.

A scream of a man coming from the office from the opposite side , he was shouting Dadu ! Dadu ! Dadu! ,

( Later I found out dadu was the name of the policemen who lived by the side).

We decided to go out. As soon as my mama went to open the door , he found out the door was shut , from the outside. Someone locked us out , the policeman opened the door as soon as he heard my mama's voice to open the door.

As we went out we saw that the watchman's head was bleeding, someone attacked him with a very heavy rod , but some how he shouted and came to our quarters.

Later we found out , a group of thugs 3-4 people came to kill the Ranger, because he seized their JCB and tractor due to illegal sand mining. And the thugs knew that a policeman lived at the corner house of the quarters , they just didn't knew at which side of the corner ,so they ended up locking us instead of him.

We were terrified that night and the watchman was also saved.

Recently a friend of mine received an offer letter for the state/central government job in Nagpur metro , from an outsourcing agency known as ajanta job placement , who in one interview through a zoom call confirmed his selection for a post in Nagpur metro , claiming to pay 38k as starting salary , but also , there was a twist , the person who took the interview was different from the person who was offering the job with 100% selection.

The person asked for 50k advanced in order to confirm the job , and 3 lakhs later after the job is confirmed with a monthly 5k deduction through ECS ,

I was paranoid about it , and asked him to not enroll for the job solely because my gut feeling was screaming no.

At last he didn't took the job.

Hello everyone! We are a group of 6 Gentlemen arriving in goa on 1st june , we'll be staying on south goa for 2 days and for the next 2 days on north goa (4th,5th june) ,

If anyone wants to join us , let us know ! ( We're renting a whole apartment in south goa , and a resort in North goa) So , yeah , decent companies are welcome.
