What is the best way to negotiate pay off and document a National Grid debt that has been sold to collections and reported/affected my credit score ?
Sunrise collections, I am willing to pay, but I would like to try and negotiate first since the amount is under $500 and my credit report only took a slight dip. It does not affect me much.

Do I ask them to send me an agreement through email if they agreed to lower amount and then sign it and pay it off.

Do I ask to include an automatic delete in the agreement?

I am thinking about buying a Wuben X4. Did they update the battery latch or does it still break easily if I drop it?

I have an older Fujitsu Halcyon the needs recharge every year approximately is there any way to find the leak without a pressure test ?
Maybe a uv light inspection do most refrigerants come with some uv dye?
