VGA White Light
Ever since I installed my new 9070 xt, my pc sometimes does not turn on. I get a white light in the vga area on my motherboard. I put in my old card and it turned on. It works sometimes but also doesn’t turn on.

I am in the process of replacing my ThermalTake TOUGHPOWER 750w psu with an RM1000x(not shift series). When removing all the cables from the old psu, I can across the fan hub in the back. When trying to remove the cable, I found it was glued to it. When tracing the gable, there was another cable that connected the cable glued to a psu cable from the old psu. I looked at the RM1000x cables and none of the match with this connector cable. What do I do?
I bought a new nitro+ rx 9070 xt to replace my 4070. i connected it but when i turned the pc on its just a black screen. my pc worked fine before and i checked all the cables and everything is completely plugged in. the fan and lights turn on on the gpu. I used ddu to clear the nvidia drivers as well. I have an msi z790 motherboard and an i7-13700kf
I was looking to upgrade my 4070. I decided on 2 options, the RTX 5070 TI and the RX 9070 XT. The 5070 TI is $25 more. It is used and made by PNY. The RX 9070 XT is new. Just for some context, I own a prebuilt pc from Best Buy that I bought two years ago. I mainly play 1440 to 4k games. I have an I7-13700kf with 32 gb of ddr5 ram. This is my first time replacing pc parts so you guys’ help would be much appreciated
