Walking for too long makes me dizzy

I have recently picked up walking, and I love it it helps me get out of the house and helps me get some sun and my steps in. But as of recently, everytime I walk too much, My knees buck and I start to feel so weak and dizzy and I feel like fainting or collapsing. I am trying my hardest to stay fit but somedays are genuinely harder then others when it comes to my flair ups, and I hate how I have to take breaks and sit down on benches when I walk or cannot even finish a walk in the first place. I hate the dizzy sprouts and wish there was someway I can genuinely make this go away.

I genuinely hate sweating

So I have been walking to try to manage my pots a little bit better, and it has been doing good so far I recently reached a whole 13k steps by myself but the thing is the dam sweating. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind sweating but sometimes its too much. I even walk I sweat, it could be a cool day and I still sweat. I have to take breaks on benches, Its annoying, and I have no ways to manage it besides plenty of water and a sweat rag which does not do much because I still end up sweating. And showering only does so much when your walking every single day too
