Would you have reported your dad if you were Cliff in this episode?

Some people may not remember so what happened was that Cliffs dad came up to make amends for abandoning him but turned out he was on the run from the law for real estate fraud. Cliff was gonna turn him in but couldn't bring himself too.

Idk, it's pretty shitty that it takes so much for the father to take a interest but i'be tempted by his offer to leave the country and never have to work again. Let's face it, it's not like anyone at cheers was gonna miss Cliff anyway.

Do you think Angel and Darla loved each other?

I'm not sure on this, I know Angelus didn't love anyone and that Darla abandoned him but then on another occasion she did save him from Holtz and Angel did look a little regretful when he killed her in buffy season 1 to save Buffy. During the trial he was willing to give his life for her but then is that because it's Darla or just what he'd do for anyone in that situation? (except lindsey or spike 😆). I suppose you could also say the way Darla helped torment him isn't the way you treat someone you love but maybe you could say she loved Angelus and not Angel? Though she definitely did respect him based on their last discussion before Drusilla re-sired her.

What's something you wished the show had done?

Me first, I would have loved for the relationship Angel had with his sister to be explored a bit more. Of course he killed her as Angelus but we saw he was fond of her as a human so when he got his soul back, it must be one of the most painful things for him or you'd think so but it's pretty much unacknowledged in the entire universe. The scnee where he consoled her as he's leaving in the Prodigal also makes me think it could have been good to see her hunt him due to a first evil like entity.

Were Brad Bellick and the other knights really in the wrong?

Yes they were trying to kill Dawn and she doesn't deserve to die but she would suffer immense pain anyway if Glory wasn't stopped just like Giles says in the gift. Giles himself also killed Ben for pretty much the same reasons when Ben was (as far as Giles knew) totally innocent. What do you guys think, were they villains, heroes or somewhere in between?
