This game has a lot to offer. What should I do besides the story?

So I started this game a few days ago. Became a sith inquisitor. Got some weird demon assassin thing as my companion. Got to murder some people for incompetence. The whole kit and Bantha-oodle. I even got an apartment in Dromund Kaas. My only opinions are I need to really embrace my sith side and be cartoonishly evil. Perhaps visit the local puppy orphanage. Inquisitor Zash seems like she’s going to ask to see my manager. Also I learned that apparently there’s a starfox game with my ship and all that.

Besides all that should I bother joining a guild? Is there anything I should save up for? Anything I should look out for?
