Are the fluoride varnish options on Amazon good? I'm not sure where to purchase any and I'm skeptical on the Amazon options

I mean whos great idea was it to put 2.5k stubs as a reward? Ive hit the mini game thing twice now and all i get for grinding 60k XP is 5 thousand stubs ahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha
