I’m going to do FRER tomorrow but seeing if there’s anything here?

Please what can I do for this?? It’s so so painful. It mainly feels on the harder side and it almost feels knotty- behind the old scars and throughout my pit. It’s not my typical boil where it comes to a shiny thin head and I might need it lanced. There’s no “head” so how do get this to go down?? So far all I’ve done is apply hot compress which I feel made things worth so I did cold compress which made things better, and I also put Desitin on a gauze pad and it’s really soothing. But what can I do to get rid of this it hurts sooo bad to move and do anything at all 😣😢😭

They get the most flares by far. Actually as I’ve gotten older I only get like one big bump a year. All these scars are from my past when I was in my late teens. I currently have a bump that’s like deep seated under the skin so there’s no head. It just has so much pressure under and hurts badly I’ve been doing warm compresses and soothing balm with a bandage to manage the pain. At this point what can I do about this and all the scars? Sometimes I’ll get random tunneling/holes that just leaks. I’ve heard some ppl do surgery but doesn’t always keep it from returning. And I have so much scarring from previous flares between my thighs and butt too. But the armpits bother me the most because I get them there way more & can be more painful. I know I need to, but I’ve never seen a derm for this. When I was younger I was embarrassed and now times just gotten away and felt I can just manage it myself but I do want to go to a derm. Does it really even help? (I also have UC and my GI doc said surprisingly go hand in hand) I’m just so sick of this disease and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!!!

My facial hair (chin, under chin, upper lip) has definitely gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. I remember having to do it as a teenager but I would just pluck for a while and I’d be good. I can’t IMAGINE plucking now in my late 20s. There’s just too much. I have gotten laser before it didn’t do anything. For quick removal, I have used a Flawless Finishing touch tool for years. It’s alright. Does not do the best job obviously. But it’s been a quick thing that I can use in the AMs before makeup. However it just doesn’t last but barely a day and I have to do it EVERY morning. Even by evening it’s already starting to grow back. But 100% after every morning, it looks like this again. I don’t know what I can do anymore?? What is the best way to remove this hair?! I’m so sick of it. I’m embarrassed and I feel like I can’t look anyone in the eye while talking or else they’ll notice all my hair. I try to stay out of direct sun in case someone sees my hair. What are your recommendations? I suspect I have PCOS and last time I had labs done a few years back, I had high T. I’m trying to manage that and my IR. What else should I get done to fix this so no new hairs can grow and how do I get rid of this mess I already have?!
