I have a 2025 Moka Express, and the lid knob became loose during normal use (no drop or damage). When I tried to tighten it, the thread appears to have been damaged, and the knob can no longer be secured properly.

Bialetti support replied after about a week, stating there is no manufacturing defect and that, under their new policy, the lid knob is no longer sold as a spare part.

I was only looking to buy an original replacement knob with the aluminium screw. I know DIY fixes exist, but I’d prefer to avoid non-original or steel parts due to corrosion concerns with the aluminium body.
For such a small wear part on an otherwise durable product, it’s disappointing that replacements apparently aren’t available anymore.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there really no way to get original Moka Express lid knobs anymore without buying a second pot (which isn’t that expensive, I know) or sourcing donor parts?

Kurze Frage an die DHL-Erfahrenen hier:

Mein Paket kommt aus Süddeutschland und ist heute gegen 1 Uhr im Paketzentrum Neustrelitz angekommen. Es ist direkt an eine Packstation an der Ostsee adressiert, ging heute aber nicht in die Zustellung.
Ich will mich ausdrücklich nicht beschweren – 1–3 Werktage sind ja völlig normal. Ich bin einfach neugierig, ob das in der Region üblich ist oder ob eher etwas schiefgelaufen sein könnte. Vielleicht wegen Urlaubszeit, hohem Paketaufkommen an der Ostsee oder weil Packstationen anders beliefert werden?

Wie sind eure Erfahrungen?

Guten Morgen liebe Naturfreunde,
Diesen kleinen Freund hier habe ich massenhaft auf einer Wiese im Erzgebirge entdeckt. Immer wenn die Sonne sich kurz zeigte war die Wiese voll, kaum war die Sonne weg sind auch alle Käfer verschwunden.
Meine Vermutung ist dass es sich um (junge?) Junikäfer handelt.

I’m working with a .sat import in SolidWorks CAM using only 2.5D operations.

I have a pocket with a chamfer, and I want the toolpath to follow the inner edge at the bottom of the chamfer. However, CAM keeps selecting the outer/top edge instead.

Because of this, the toolpath does not match the actual pocket geometry. I specifically need the inner contour to be used, while the chamfer itself will be machined later with a chamfer tool.

How can I force SolidWorks CAM to select the inner edge as the machining boundary for the pocket?
Is this a feature recognition issue with .sat files, or is there a setting to control which edge is picked?
