Watch making a beep noise and flashing the letters LAP constantly.

Hi everyone.

So I recently got my ollee watch and for the most part I’m quite happy with it! Love the app, the functions, ect…

But one thing that has started to annoy me is that the watch at random times will make a beep sound and then the letters LAP start flashing. It also has started feeling like the beeps have become more common every day.

From the research that I did, I understand that this is bluetooth trying to sync to the phone? Not sure if im correct, so correct me if I’m wrong.

But please could someone help me with this issue as it has started to drive me nuts. I toggled on the “bluetooth always on” setting thinking it will help, it didn’t.

So please, if anyone knows, please share the fix

Shin splint in the exact same leg and almost exactly the same distance every time, should I see a running physio?

I’m getting really frustrated with an issue with my running and would love to hear from people who have experienced something similar.

I used to run regularly and could comfortably run 10Ks, but I took a few years off running. Recently I decided to get back into it and bought a new pair of Nike Vomero Plus running shoes.

My first run was a 5K and, surprisingly, I felt completely fine throughout the entire run. No shin pain at all, so I was really happy.

The next time I went out, I planned to do 7K. However, about 1K into the run I developed what felt like a shin splint in my left leg, so I stopped.

I then took a week off and tried again. This time I went for 5K and deliberately ran at a slower pace. Despite that, I got the exact same pain at around 1K.

I took another week off and decided to give it one last try, this time running extremely slowly, around 8:00 min/km. It genuinely felt like I was barely jogging. But again, at almost exactly 1K, the same shin pain started in the same leg.

I’ve stretched before every one of these runs, so I’m a bit confused about what could be causing it.

One thing I’m wondering about is the shoes. The Nike Vomero Plus have quite a noticeable heel-to-toe drop, and the heel feels significantly higher than the front of the shoe. Could that potentially be contributing to the problem?

What makes me particularly confused is that:

It only happens in my left leg
It happens at almost exactly 1K
It happens regardless of pace
I’ve tried taking a week off between attempts
My first 5K in the shoes was completely pain-free
I used to run 10Ks without this issue before taking several years off.

At this point I’m wondering whether I should stop trying to figure it out myself and see a physiotherapist who specialises in running injuries.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you find out what was actually causing it? And would you recommend seeing a running-specific physio?

“Mad” Mike Whiddett’s Mazda RX-7 Madbull replica on FH5

Came across this subreddit not too long ago and it made me want to share my best livery replica that I’ve done. This is on FH5 and it was made quite a few years ago now.

Hope you guys like it.

[TOMT] 2000s mini game website

So for the past few years I’ve been trying to remember this website from my childhood that would have a collection of these multiplayer/singleplayer mini games.

I remember playing on it at around 2008-2011. It had a few games but I remember only 2 of them. The first one was a 2D tank 1v1 battle game. It had destructible terrain. And the other game was similar to a game like Bouncing Babies (according to google). The premise of that game was that there was a burning building and you would be controlling 2 firefighters holding a stretcher. Then there would be people (not babies) jumping from the burning building, you would then have to catch them on the stretcher and the falling people would bounce off the stretcher and fall into an ambulance.

It wasn’t Miniclip or Nitrome. But basically that’s all I remember. I tried asking my family but they don’t remember also. Any help to find this would be really appreciated!
