Any advice is appreciated, be as harsh or kind as you want :)

I didn't trace but I had the reference image on screen to look at. I don't hate it but I feel like it looks kind of messy and muddy. I also had a hard time adding highlights, they just looked off for some reason.

I don't think this is too bad considering I haven't made any art at all for the last two years, maybe more, not even any idle sketching. I was always into art growing up until I became depressed a few years ago and dropped all my hobbies. I'm trying to pick them up again.

I was on Concerta for my final few years of school and it's honestly the only reason I was able to graduate, but I remember I hated the side effects like heart palpitations, shakiness, sweatiness, and not feeling hungry or sleepy, and just feeling uncomfortable in general.

I stopped taking it when I graduated, but I'm applying for colleges now and I'm finding it hard to feel motivated to do anything so I went back to my psychiatrist to see if there was anything else I could try. She said this was the beat option and she was kind of resistant to putting me on anything else, so I'm back on it now.

I've been on it for only a few days, and I'm getting stuff done, but I'm also getting all those symptoms again and I'm so uncomfortable.

I just can't help but feel like no one would take this if they were feeling as jittery and uncomfortable as I do right now, which makes me wonder if what I'm feeling is TOO much of those side effects.

Can anyone share their experiences on Concerta? Or if you've tried multiple meditations including Concerta how did it compare?

I'm trying to slowly switch out all my things to be cruelty free, which has been very easy, honestly, because most of my things were thankfully already cruelty free. One thing I'm finding difficult is switching out my Loreal Elvive shampoo and conditioners because I've tried others and they just don't work as well. I have curly hair, and everything else has just been too drying or has made my hair greasy.

Looking for recommendations to try, nothing too expensive please :)

This is the Diorshow mascara in brown. This has been my holy grail for a longgggg time since my sister gave me samples of it in high school. It is pricey but I eat the cost because I love it just that much. Dior is unfortunately not cruelty free though, and I'm trying to switch to fully cruelty free items when I rebuy my things.

Does anybody have a potential dupe? Even just judging by the shape and size of the wand?
