Private equity “acquisition”
Hey yall! I’ve been working at a company in Colorado for 7+ years. We have recently been bought out by ARS/Private equity.
Are there any hvac guys out there that has experienced the same thing?
Did sweeping changes happen at your company?
Were the changes slow and steady?
Did things get better or worse?
Feeling a bit uneasy about the whole thing because I don’t like change.
