I think I am done NOT promoting Huel

I drink it. I tell people about it. I like it. Unfortunately, I have become worse.

Each time I see another Huel ad on Reddit, I make it my mission to convince one person to start drinking it. I paid my assistant a grand to stop eating other products. I started buying it for my mom. I don't care if some guy totally never eats solid food. In fact, I respect the commitment.

And the one where they show you a bunch of different ways to get protein is my least favorite because eggs and yogurt require chewing. I have moved beyond chewing. I have transcended mastication. I am a liquid-based organism now.

Anyhow, what is everyone's favorite way to use Huel in a smoothie? I used to like PB and banana, but I removed the unnecessary step of eating the banana and PB separately and now throw absolutely everything into the Huel.

Let me know if you would like the recipe.

I will also tell you about Huel whether you ask or not.

We're deleting this sub. This is the course we have chosen. Those of you are not with me on it? Well that makes me sad. And it'll be dealt with in time.

Additionally, I want the mods to sanction a hit on u/No_Essay6066

Serious question: Why didn't we see more actual "going to the mattresses" in The Sopranos?

Every time somebody got clipped, insulted, taxed, robbed, betrayed, disrespected, looked at funny, breathed wrong, or ate the last sfogliatella, somebody would say:

"THIS COULD LEAD TO WAR."

Then the war would consist of:

• One guy getting shot in a model train store parking lot.
• Two sit-downs.
• Paulie complaining.
• Tony breathing heavily.
• Silvio making a phone call.
• Phil Leotardo turning into a house.

Historically these guys talk like they're reenacting the Castellammarese War, but most of the time the body count looks like a particularly aggressive PTA meeting.

Why weren't there more soldiers hiding in safehouses, machine guns, drive-bys, crews sleeping in diners, guys eating cold ziti on mattresses, etc.?

Was it realism? Budget? HBO not wanting 30 episodes of middle-aged Italians hiding in basements? Or was everybody just too busy going to therapy and arguing over construction routes?

Discuss.
