I keep hearing “goo goo babies” what does it actually mean?

was this actually something said in the anime? a fanmade meme for a specific Uma? I already like super creek, but as I scroll around on random socials I’m hearing “goo goo babies” and it’s getting very frequent like a trend returning or sum, because I heard it a couple of times some months ago.
