Drew and animated them in the style of vib-ribbon. Honestly both games share a simular vibe at times
Wish I knew the names of these two
I didn't really notice this until I started going for all the challenges, especially the gap related ones. The hard gap challenges are suppose to give you a lot of freedom in how and where you start and build your combo while hitting the gap along the way.
But ones like the one in London pretty much force you to start the combo from the gap, as the only way I can think of doing it mid combo is by sketching mid-combo, which is quite difficult. As soon as you manual to try and do the gap, you lose a bunch of speed and just can't make the gap.
It's something that becomes more apparent when you go from manual to a vert. The amount of height I lose feels too great, especially when I think back to the older games. Manual to vert can quickly mess up a combo, especially if I was wanting to go for a channel gap or try grinding/lipping something that's only like 10 ft above the vert.
Am I crazy? Am I doing something wrong? Because of all the discussion surrounding 3+4 I've seen, no one really mentions this
While on my journey to get to infamy 100, I noticed that Counterfeit's XP per finished print was 4,000 base XP, half of what you get for a meth bag in Cook off, with an additional 1,000 for every bag secured. Then upon noticing each bag takes only a minute to print, I thought "wait this might actually be faster than Cook off and boarder crystals."
And low and behold, it only took 2 hours and 21 minutes to earn 30,000,000 XP, enough to fill up an infamy pool from empty.
However, it's not as easy as Cook off or Santa's workshop.
Luckily sentries, high DPS weapons to shred turrets, a mod to keep bots in their position when over 30 meters away from them, and a passive regen perkdeck really helped push me through to print all the cash I need.
Honestly I think this can be a viable infamy farm strat for those who wanna play loud, but while the over all XP is great, do note the XP starts off slower than other high XP heists, then slowly goes up when you've dealt with the turrets and have a good route to pick up paper and ink. If you don't wanna play for over 2 hours, then other heists will give you more XP in a shorter amount of time
NOTE: This heist was done with a +30% stealth bonus and two team boost weapon mods
Even when I was mostly focusing on grinding between levels 60-100, the heist and build variety kept me in. I saw this game's many ups and downs post-2017, but I'm glad it seems to be in a stable state right now. From being a clueless Crew Chief player who added the wrong meth ingredient and kept picking big oil engines at random, to someone who's completed the majority of heists on Death Sentence and knows the game inside and out. Love this game, thank you Seabreeze and Overkill for making this game, and thank you Sidetrack Games for maintaining it.

I not very fond of or comfortable by these two "heisters".
Anyone got any mods you'd like to recommend that replace these two? (At least their voice lines)
I completely understand the removal of licensed DLC's from the storefront, but my main issue is that there are items that aren't tied to the license, or are generic enough to be considered their own thing (or parody). So my idea of the reissued bootleg pack is to allow ownership of some of the content that's been delisted, mainly perk deck and weapons.
Here's what it would (ideally) include:
What it won't include are the characters from the delisted DLC's (of course), but also weapons that were part of a free DLC that is now delisted. I feel those items should be added back for free, as it's not fair for people needing to buy them when everyone else before ~2024 got them for free.
Some might say the weapons are tried to the license, but I say otherwise, because the akimbo variants of the Jack SMG's and Baby Deagle are still in the game without needing any DLC, they can totally add these back in.
The point of this is to rebalance that most player see a bad, or add QOL to certain skills to make them easier to use or keep track of. These would open up more options while not really effecting unchanged skills
