If the 6 year med program involves an internship year as the 6th year, do I need another separate internship year to apply for residency in Germany?

For those who had the chance to study in home but left for med school, do you regret it? I mean Im thinking of going abroad for a better education and guaranteed residency but it is a very long journey, and Im not sure if it worths, given that I’ll leave my family for approximately 15 years.
Home = UAE (not a citizen but where family is)
i’m still an undergraduate applying for med school. I have 2 paths since I’m outside EU, US or Germany. I somehow feel tension to live in an unsafe place, and i’m not sure if i can tolerate it. On the other hand, I need to learn C1 german from scratch, and Im scared that German becomes harder in the following years until I graduate. Any advice on which route to go? And is US actually unsafe?

Is medicine in Ireland for non-EU citizens worth it or is it just a trap. RCSI provides scholarships, and you don’t need language but the fact that you dont get residency spots there is crazy. Is it worth it if you want to practice in Canada or USA?
Is it true that it is very hard for expats to get accepted in residency programs? I’m an Arab, Im hesitated in applying for medical college in uae as I heard that I have low chance to get into residency as they are mostly for citizens. Is it true?
