Rave S3 Strict Microphone Noise Gate Threshold

Just bought the Rave S3 thinking it would be perfect for not just party music and karaoke, but also for presentations and speaking - however it seems to have a very strict noise gate effect, basically "turning off" if any words or parts are quieter. This becomes annoying bc if you dip your voice too low or someone doesn't speak loud enough or directly into the mic, it's cuts off.

I know you can plug in a wired or wireless mic in the back instead, but it's a shame this gate setting can't be changed in the Soundcore App... It's not hardware, it's software, so why not release a software update that let's the user control that?

New customer. OnePlus 13 has no data connection.

UPDATE: Solved. Not exactly sure how. I did things a bunch of times. I think maybe Mint resetting, me resetting, then me adding a new APN (I used the "mms.msg.eng.t-mobile" thing). Maybe just finally the network picked it up, but all works well now!

Quick recap. I just got SIM cards for me and my girl. She has a OP12 and it was easy, everything works fine. I have a OP13 and calls and texts work, but no data. It shows a 4G icon, but zero data works. I tried literally everything on the internet with no fix. I did a SIM swap with my girl and her SIM in my phone worked perfectly, but my SIM in her phone had no data - so it's not my phone.

I talked to Mint support twice now, the first agent told me my IMEI shows my phone is locked, which can't be true bc OnePlus phones are unlocked AND calls worked. The second agent said he reset the network on his side, and had me reset my phone network/bluetooth (something I tried a few times) and still with no data, he told me to remove the SIM for 2 hours then reboot and put it back in, which technically doesn't make much sense to me.

I'm just a bit aggravated because I switched from a carrier that worked great, and now I have a brick of a phone for holiday traveling weekend. It can't be this hard, and as a new customer, it's a bit annoying.

Any ideas? I see other people have OP13 here and it works fine.

USA, Two OnePlus Users Looking for New Network Plan.

In short, I moved and got xFinity internet which came with a year unlimited mobile. They don't accept OP phones, which is stupid because they use the same towers as Verizon, who DO accept OP phones, so I gave them an old Samsung phone IMEI number and used my OP13 anyway. Been working fine... Issue is my free year is coming to and end, and I bought my girl a OP12.

In the USA, what are some good cheaper plans that accept OP phones? Seems like xFinity is the better cost, and cheap to add a second line, but I hate that I'd have to find another old phone to "fake" our OPs into the plan. TMobile seems costly for no reason. Should I just go back to Verizon?

Screenshot Render Fails

Hey folks. Kinda new here but loving this program, especially in VR.

I am trying to render big images but sometimes, usually when down close to a planet, but only some planets, the renders fail. It tells me to lower the LOD and sometimes that works, but other times I put it ALL the way down and it still fails. Is this a true LOD issue, or is it combined with image resolution or also grid size? I swear I tried lower res and smaller square grid still with fails. - I have a i9-14 5080 with 96gb so I thought SE would be able to render with zero issues, but it's happening quite often. Just trying to figure this out.

I made a meme to celebrate 18 years of The Slip, lol... A little idea I thought up. Stole a few images from the internet to make it happen. Sorry for not knowing the rules before. Think I got it right this time.

Nice that Spin included Trent in the top 40, but yikes, that's a harsh intro for the poor guy. Dang. Haha.

Looking for noob advice... Been interested in mind-altering substances for years, but in my old age I don't do much anymore, mostly because of slight anxieties about body feelings now. I love IPA but know alcohol isn't great for your body, so looking for an alternative chill. Huge fan of weed, but sometimes it's great, other times I get uncomfortable.

After some reading, I decided to buy Kalm With Kava sample pack since it was easy to use and high quality, and a few "types" I could test out. I started my dose low to try to avoid any anxious onset, then went up to the 1tbsp dose - but am unsure of how to best take it.

I tried it about 6 times so far, but am unsure if it is useful to me or not. I mix 1tbsp into almond milk and drank it over about 15 minutes. A few nights I got a really heavy onset, like I was on opium, but after about 15 or 20 minutes that was gone and I felt totally sober. A few other nights I felt nothing at all, and sometimes later in the night just felt uncomfortable, though this could be in my head... I eat dinner around 6 and try to wait until around 9 to take it. I really can't wait hours longer because of work and sleep schedules, so the totally empty stomach thing is tough. Should I be drinking 1 tbsp, then mixing another? I would love that heavy feeling but for it to last longer than a few minutes.
