Matlab job to lagni hi nahi hain...

So we are out of the Playoffs, unless PBKS fumbles hard and lose all the games.

I know people hate Vaibhav, including me, but he is consistently backed as the main bowler by the captain and the management. He always plays badly in the PP, and then manages to get wicket at the end because he bowls tailenders.

Management and Rahane said from Match #4: "Our bowling is STRONG, it's the batting where we are losing", while the truth was that batting was so shit, our bowling was never tried hard.

Why management is the issue:

1. Playing Manish Pandey over Dahiya. Hell forget Dahiya, if Manish Pandey can play at his age, I don't see why Russell was retired early.

2. Not playing Pathirana when Chakravarthy is missing from play. Using Powell instead but not sending him before Rinku and also not bowling him.

3. Not changing team due to "Luck" factor when RCB has enough batting for 2 seperate teams, especially when the pitch was pace friendly.

4. Taking dead weight players like Tripathi and Saini when better bowlers were available with purse. Venky mama takes 90% of the credit here.

Why Rahane is the issue:

1. Worst captaincy records in RR+KKR+Indian T20 in 2015-16.

2. No risk taking capacity, didn't give Russell bowling in 2025 (Narine gave in one match and Rahane was angry, Narine won the match btw).

3. Continuing point 2, most matches we lose, Rahane breaks pressure created by Narine or Chakravarthy by giving bowl to Vaibhav, when he does nothing but gives 14+ runs consistently.

4. No energy in the field, not making any plans and depending on batters to make mistakes. Pathetic field placements and not screaming at bowlers when they (Vaibhav) bowls against the field setup.

5. Destroying the batting order by coming as an opener, it's been 9 matches since he played good with score of 25+ and NRR>150.

Next season we need to get rid of management and the captain. We need Pathirana permanently in the team, Powell is not needed tbh if we have Dahiya + Ramandeep.

Individual Players who are an issue:

1. Vaibhav: Self explanatory

2. Raghuvanshi: He has to understand about do or die, he overstays his welcome and NRR dips even when we have 7 wickets in hand. He has to play 300+ SR after 13-14 overs, he never does that. He should be retained and better himself.

3. Rinku: He takes a lot of time to settle, he should come after power hitters are done, not before. He was used before Russell last year, and before Powell this year, he should instead be used after Powell and Narine.

4. Allen: He needs to play slowly, but I will not blame him because he doesn't have a good partner who can support him, there's a reason why Allen + Tim is a deadly combo.

5. Anukul: He has to bring more variations, he hit's normal short balls once he gets hit, like he did against Kohli, that makes him super mediocre.

Rest I feel we can win against GT if we have Pathirana. Not playing him is like Portugal benching Ronaldo and not even reaching FIFA qualifiers, full braindead move.

Tell me what you think about the team.

These people don't even fear anyone before running the scam. They promised 35-40k of stipend for designing the whole backend and frontend of their application, wasted time in filling their forms and sending them and email afterwards.

I literally have experience in AI & RAG with Django, and have worked as a freelancer for clients, and never saw this level of tomfoolery. It's straight up illegal according to labour laws to come to office and work for free, with NO PPO guarantees.

Any idea how to complain about such companies? We should name and shame them nationally tbh. Tell me your own experience about such scams.
