Studying like exam day’s everyday

Do answer practice questions without constantly switching tabs or blatantly comitting multi-tasking. I always train my self by writing random essays from prompts I search online.

To be clear, just study like you’re actually in the situation you’ll be in in a few days. Working without your notes and studying with a blank notebook may also help you to lessen the nervousness you feel when exam day really comes. The atmosphere and environment you’re in is also a factor, so choose wisely where you want to and can study.

If you know what time of the day you’re going to take your upcoming exam… Come to think about it. If it’s going to happen at 8 am then study at 8. You’ll get a better idea of how your brain actually works at that time as there will be a pattern you will eventually notice, that’s when you grab your opportunity to adjust if there’s a problem.

Practice the actual experience and not just the topic you’re studying.

SQ3R method helped me get 100% marks on exam.

One of the underrated study method but effective in building understanding on the concept is the SQ3R method. This method is actually simple structured study technique that helped me in studying not just to do passive reading. Here's the full guide on how I use SQ3R method when I am studying:

S- survey. I scan the chapter I am going to study, from headings, sub headings, summaries and diagrams. Its a must to get a bigger picture when you're scanning the material so your brain will knows what to look for.

Q- questions. I turn passive reading to active reading and make questionnaires out of it by title on the material I am studying.

3R- read, recite, review. I read the material and look for the answers to the questions I made. I do active recall by close the book and recite the main ideas outloud. And I check if I missed or forgot anything from the lecture, so I can relearn what topics I was weak on.

SQ3R actually helped me to switch from passive reading to forcing my brain to engage with the lecture. Try to use this method so next time you open your book, instead of just reading it, work through it.

Your pet as your next marketable prop

Having a pet at home was definitely my best decision ever made, just someone who could give me a bundle of joy. And I honestly didn't know that pet content would actually be something I’d start with in my UGC portfolio.
I think every cat owner can relate that taking random videos of your cat doing absolutely nothing, or in cute sleeping positions, making random noises, and cats just being cats is a must. One time, I was recording a UGC video at home when she walked into the frame and started playing with the product. I even tried to film another footage where she wasn’t there but the video seemed dull, like something was missing, her reaction was honestly the best part of the video.
That was when I started experimenting filming UGC contents with my cat and added them to my portfolio to build my niche. I’ve also reached out to pet brands that fit our contents very well. My first pet UGC deal was from a small pet brand and I did not even expect for our content to blow up. But now, we are receiving more collaboration to work with.
Also, pet UGC can work well if you treat it like every content is something you do on a daily basis instead of making it look like an ad. For example, a morning routine where you feed your cat with the product you’re showing, or a shower routine, any pet vitamins that you give them, it makes the content more believable instead of forcing anything. Even a video where your pet completely ignores the product, it can turn into a content with the right editing. Now, you don’t need to be a big influencer to be doing this kind of content. If a brand wants to use your content on their social media, it’s already a win. Sideshift’s current guide puts individual UGC videos in the pet space around $50-$300, although sponsored posts from pet influencers differ from that price depending on the audience and tier.
You can also refer to this guide from https://sideshift.app/blog/pet-influencer-marketing, it already contains a helpful breakdown of pet creators tiers, pricing, guide on pet health and food claims, and anything to help you create your own portfolio. Who knows, your cat might be the next influencer out there!

San Beda Alabang Entrance Exam (MBA graduate school)

For someone who have taken, do you have any ideas for the coverage of the SBCA entrance exam coverage since I paid for the admission fee already. Thanks for the concern.
