Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage and scale our Meta advertising efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining performance
• Generating new creative ideas, ad angles, and hooks weekly
• Coordinating/testing new creatives and ad concepts
• Monitoring KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conducting audience testing and campaign analysis
• Suggesting improvements for landing pages and conversion funnels

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Proven experience running Meta ads for e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of creative-first advertising
• Experience scaling campaigns profitably
• Ability to analyze ad performance data and optimize accordingly
• Strong communication and independent working skills
• Past case studies/results/screenshots required

Bonus:

• Experience with food, parenting, kids, or DTC brands
• Experience with UGC-style ads and viral creatives
• Understanding of current Meta trends and ad strategies
