Has anyone ever taken droperidol??

Hello everyone. Last weekend, I was in the ER/hospital because I couldn't keep food, water, or pain meds down. I was extremely sick because I was dehydrated af and in withdrawal. They gave me a bunch of medication in the ER, but there was one that I'd never heard of.

I was just looking through mychart and found the name of it. Its called droperidol. Has anyone else taken it?

Treated well at the ER + update

Hello everyone. I made a post here a couple days ago about how wonderful my ER doctors were. I just thought I owed you a update.

I had my regular PM doctor appointment today. I honestly didnt think I was going to make it there. I was sooo tired. Ive only slept a couple hours since Thursday night.

I didn't volunteer any extra info about the false positive. It was like "hey. How are you? Meds still good? See ya in 2 months"

My stomach issues have mostly resolved. I can keep my meds down. Now I've just got a killer migraine and imitrex and excedrin aren't touching it.

I also just received a mychart message from my PCPs nurse. I guess they got word that I was admitted and probably saw those test results and probably wants to see me Thursday afternoon for a little after hospital check up.

I was drug tested, like I am at every appointment, and I will be awaiting those results in the next 2-3 days.

Thank you again to everyone who were super supportive.

I was actually treated well at the ER! And another SHOCK

A general rule for myself i generally don't go to the ER unless I deem I may be at actually risk of death. I got to the ER yesterday around 2pm. I've never been so sick in my fucking life. I don't know what was wrong with me but I couldn't keep any pain meds /food/water down so i was in full blown withdrawl.

I never asked specifically for pain meds but they asked me about my pain and I told them. I normally take 30mg morphine ER three times a day and 10mg oxycodone twice a day. I also smoke alot of weed. They were giving me IV morphine every 2-3 hours and even THAT couldn't fully cover my pain. I would wait as long as I could to mention pain because i know how ERs are. "Drug seeking and whatnot".

The ER doctor was amazing. She said she had no problem giving me IV morphine as I couldn't keep anything down. She even told me to ask sooner because I was waiting for full withdrawl to hit again before asking. She also told me i have very well documented pain. Its not like I can fake spine anatomy. On top of all the morphine, I was also given: promethazine, zofran, a med l cant remember, benadryl, hydroxyzine, Lyrica, buspirone, a scolpomine patch behead my ear and Bentyl for stomach cramping. I got multiple doses of all that. I honestly couldn't believe how well I was treated! And im not trying to brag because just hold on for what happens next! I might have had PO oxycodone too but i cant remember. I was there so long. They decided to admit me, even if for nothing but pain control until I coukd take my normal pain meds. This morning, they even brought me a 30mg morphine ER tablet.

Here comes the really fucked up part....I can see my test results come in on my MYchart so I actually saw the test before the doctors. They ran a full tox screen on me. Not a big deal. Everything was normal.....opiates(morphine) ..positive, opiods(oxycodone)..positive. And then I fucking see it! "FENTANYL...POSITIVE. 😱😱😱 WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK?!; Both ER doctors came to me about the fentanyl test. I told them I had saw the tox screen but I should NOT have fucking fentanyl in my system! They believe my weed could have been laced. Which in insane because I order online and thought it was safe. And even after this fucked up tox screen, they still kept giving me the morphine. I was beyond thankful for the very compassionate doctors. The nurse told me they actually see fent laced weed more than you'd think. They also thought it was a chance that I had cannabis hypermesis syndome.

I just finally got home an hour ago. I did not sleep a freaking wink. Neither did my poor 22 year-old son that drove me and stayed with me. I was in soooooo much pain from laying there in 1 position so long. Im just really astounded that ER doctor DO still have compassion, even after the fentanyl test. I cant thank them enough for taking care of me. Im gunna be knocked tf out tonight.

Oh, did I forget to mention that I have a pain appointment on Monday and cant not have any unwillingly substances in my system. These 36 hours have felt like a month. I was also reading my notes, and the ER doctor noted that I was an excellent historian especially when it came to my meds and health issues. Im just glad to be home and alive at this pointm

Anyone having issues with their Sunbucks card? (NC)

Im in NC and I just received my sunbucks card. I tried through the ebtedge website and the ebtedge app to add the card to my account. I tried multiple times and it kept saying invalid. I ended up calling the 1 888 number on the card. It said invalid at first until I figured out they weren't asking for MY birthday.

Once I figured that out, i was able to set the pin. Again, I go back to the ebtedge website and app thinking it'll work somehow now that the pin is set. Nope. Everytime it says invalid. Im frustrated af. Anyone else having issues or know what's going on?

Lately, anytime I stand for a long time, my left foot starts going numb. I'm assuming its from one if my many spinal abnormalities. Anyone else get this and know why?

I intend to bring it up at my next PM appointment on the 22nd. Maybe i should get a new MRI. I haven't had one since 2016. Ill see what they suggest.

(Also, I get really bad leg cramps at night sometimes and its always my right leg)

Uh oh (Morphine ER shortage)

Im due to fill my morphine er script Tuesday so I called today so that they'd have time to order it. The pharmacy manager im close with wasn't working today. So the pharmacy said they'd order it. They called me back like 2 minutes later to let me know that they had 70/90 of my script but ordering system said morphine er was on back order. I asked her if they'd have more by the time the 70 pills ran out. She said she didn't know but said it said something about less than 30 days.

Anyone else having morphine er supply issues?

Anyone tried the new "smooth energy" caffeine pills?

I saw they were new and on amazon so I ordered them. They are 200mg but its extended release. It releases 100mg the first hour and the other 100mg over the next week hours. Its been great for me and does really feel smooth. I usually only take 100mgs at one time but I can handle this because it doesn't release all at once. Anyone else tried them?

There is no better antidepressant than marijuana

I've been on psych meds half of my life. I've tried just about all of them. I'm currently on Auvelity. Its good and all. But I ran out of weed for a couple days. And I just finally smoked and I feel 100000% better already. It made me just realize that there is no better antidepressant, to me, than marijuana. I mean my mood completely changed within a matter of minutes. No antidepressants do that.

Waking up sucks

Im not saying I'm not grateful to be alive or anything like that. Im just saying, waking up sucks.

By the time I wake up, my morphine er and oxycodone from last night has worn off AND I'm super sore and stiff from laying down so long.

Things get better once I move around some and my morning pain meds kick in.

No happy mothers day for some of us

This is a rough day for those of us that have gone no contact with our "mothers". That bitch will never get another happy mother's day from me for as long as she lives. She was no mother and doesn't deserve to be celebrated as one.

This is just 1 page of my latest UA results. Im confused on the PCP. It doesnt say none detected like the other but its not highlighted red as positive.

Ive been very lucky so far with the shortages. My small local independent pharmacy has been amazing. About 2 months ago, I started getting a different generic. I had been getting the Rhodes ABG morphine er 30mgs. Now its ranbaxy or something like that.

I filled my morphine er Monday and they only had 60/90. They can usually order medication and get it the next day. However, this time the rest of my script for be in until Friday. Im not going to be without meds or anything but I worry this is a bad sign for supply issues.

Anyone else had issues getting it?

I have my PM appointment this morning at 9am. Its an hour away so I'll have to leave at 7:30.

I feel like shit. Fucking anxiety. Im hella nauseous with stomach pains. I dont even have a fucking reason to be anxious! But you can't tell my brain that. My pill count is good. My UAs are usually good. I don't take more than prescribed. I don't use illicit drugs, unless you count marijuana.

I can't wait to get this over with and come back home.
