100kg vs 84kg in 6 months progress

Got bloated and overweight for a year due to stress and over eating. Decided to lock in, caloric deficit with a bit of cardio and gym finally did the trick. 6 months in and I finally lost 16kg. It was always my dream to get a V taper bod, now I'm close to finally getting it. Still got ways to go before I start lean bulking.

Tip: Never did running or strava on my cardio, just walked on an inclined treadmill for 40-50 mins after workout. I snacked a lot on cheat days with my gf (unli wings, samgyup, chocnut, you name it), it's just up to you on how you lose back all those excess calories you ate 🙂
