The highlight of my trip in China.

I was walking through a park in Chengdu last night and saw about 50 women synchronized-dancing to techno-remixed Chinese folk music. I stood there watching and one of them literally grabbed my arm and pulled me into the formation. I had no idea what I was doing, but they were all cheering for me. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a foreign country. Has anyone else done this?

Has anyone else experienced severe depression after coming off a cycle?

I finished a standard 16 week run of testosterone and Anavar about a month ago. I started my PCT using Nolvadex last week, but my mental state is completely trashed right now. I have zero energy to go to the gym and I just feel totally hollow. I am not even sad about losing my strength or size, I just feel zero joy doing anything I normally like. Even getting out of bed in the morning feels like a massive chore.

I knew my hormones would crash a bit while my body recovers, but I did not expect it to hit my brain this hard. Is this level of severe depression normal when you come off, or is the Nolvadex messing with my head? I just want to know how long this phase lasts because feeling this miserable every single day is getting exhausting.

My husband and I have been thinking about moving to Italy with our 6 and 11 year old, but honestly the whole process feels overwhelming and I don’t really know where to begin.

We currently live in the US and are trying to understand things like visas, schools, finding jobs, where to live, healthcare, and what daily life is really like for families moving abroad.

Would really love to hear from people who moved to Italy with kids and how you handled the transition. Any advice, things you wish you knew earlier, or good places to start researching would really help.

Starting to feel like i overuse exchanges for simple stuff Like sending funds, trading, withdrawing again just to swap one asset Feels kinda overkill sometimes When do you guys actually use swaps instead?

I’ve been completely deaf in my left ear for years, relying entirely on my right side to do all the heavy lifting. Unfortunately, my "good" ear is now starting to struggle. A recent test revealed mild high-frequency loss on the right side. The daily listening fatigue is exhausting, and I constantly have to ask people to repeat themselves.

Hoping for a straightforward fix, I saw a specialist but left completely stunned—they quoted me over $4,000 for just one device! I don't need an expensive CROS system or top-tier tech; I just want a basic boost to give my working ear some relief and improve speech clarity.

Has anyone with unilateral loss found an affordable, single device that actually makes a difference? Are over-the-counter models a viable option for just one ear, or should I look for refurbished prescription ones? I'd deeply appreciate any cost-effective suggestions!

I wear a Whoop strap and have heart rate variability (HRV) data going back 18 months. HRV is a measure of nervous system balance, higher is generally better, indicating recovery and low stress.

Pre-Mounjaro (baseline): Average HRV 28ms. Low for my age (45M). My Whoop kept telling me I was "stressed."

Month 1-2: HRV dropped to 24ms. My body was clearly in shock from the medication. I almost quit.

Month 3-4: HRV climbed back to 30ms.

Month 5-6: HRV jumped to 38ms. My Whoop started giving me "recovery" scores in the green for the first time.

Month 7-9: HRV stabilized at 42-45ms. My resting heart rate also dropped from 78 to 68 over this period.

My theory is that the initial HRV drop was the stress of the medication itself (GI effects, inflammation). The subsequent rise was the cumulative effect of weight loss, reduced inflammation, and better sleep.

I have tried a few of the Crescent 9 seltzers from La Rumba and they were fantastic, I’m looking for other places like restaurants that might offer similar drinks. Anyone know if they can be found here?

my small business is doing decent with spring events and mother's day coming up so i need to print a ton of labels every week. pulling variable data from excel for qr codes, product barcodes and price tags should be simple but finding the best online barcode generator that works with thermal compatibility and avery templates is proving harder than expected. The free ones i tried either limit batches or mess up the formatting. i've checked out some paid ones in the couple hundred dollar range but i want real experiences first. anyone running a small business actually found the best online barcode generator that handles variable data and thermal printers without constant headaches?

Setting up a temporary workshop at our current site and we’re trying to avoid building a permanent structure since we’ll be out of here in 8 months. We decided to go with a container shelter (the ones that arch between two 20ft units).

I was looking at some options and found a decent coupon code deal over at cheryindustrial .com that made the price actually make sense for a short term project. The install wasn't too bad, took three of us about half a day to get the tensioning right. It’s held up through some pretty nasty wind so far last week.

One thing though... has anyone here dealt with condensation issues in these fabric topped shelters? I'm worried about the tools rusting if we don't get some better airflow through the containers themselves.

Would love to hear if anyone has a better way to secure the base plates to the containers without welding them permanently. Let me know if you want to know more about the setup!

"been running paid for about 4 years now across a few verticals (nutra, debt relief, some ecom on the side). worst lesson i had to learn the hard way: your creative does like 80% of the work and your offer + LP does the rest. i used to blame the funnel every time CPA drifted. nope. it was always the ads.

what actually changed my approach was going back and watching 200+ of the top spenders in my niche using foreplay and the meta ad library. not skimming. actually watching. pausing. writing down what they did in the first 3 seconds.

some of the patterns that kept showing up:

  • almost none of them open on a talking head. always a visual hook first. object, b-roll, number on screen, a hand doing something weird. faces come in at second 2-3.
  • subtitles always on, but styled. not the default caption blocks. the lil bouncy animated ones.
  • first spoken line is either a specific number or a weirdly specific observation. ""89% of men over 45 have this in their bloodwork"" hits way harder than ""are you tired of feeling tired""
  • music cuts or shifts at the problem-to-solution moment. tells the lizard brain that something just happened.
  • they dont make eye contact with the camera while describing the problem. they look off to the side like they're thinking about it. eye contact comes back when they pitch.

once i had this list i stopped writing briefs in paragraphs and started writing them as literal shot lists with timestamps. new creative CVR roughly doubled over the next 2 months. not magic, just finally writing for the algorithm of the first 3 seconds instead of for my own ego.

other thing that changed was that i stopped trying to edit my own vids. was burning 10-15 hours a week fighting premiere for mid results. now i just send hooks + a reference vid to adsbabe and get 3 cuts back in 2-3 days. not affiliated, just answering in advance because someone always asks.

happy to break down any specific ad in comments too if people drop links, i find it useful to do it out loud anyway."

genuinely annoyed at how many of these tools advertise a "free plan" and then you sign up and it's like 2 profiles for 3 days lol

tested a bunch and here's the honest version:

incogniton - 10 free profiles, no time limit, actually works. this is the one. fingerprint isolation is real, not just cookie separation. i've been using it for a couple months on the free plan and haven't felt pushed to upgrade yet. when i do upgrade it'll be because i need more profiles not because they crippled the free version.

gologin - 3 free profiles. fine for poking around but you can't actually build a workflow on 3 profiles. the browser itself is good quality tbh.

adspower - 5 profiles free, has some automation stuff built in which is cool. bit of a learning curve but if you need rpa type stuff it's worth looking at.

ghost browser - not really in the same category. good for managing multiple logged-in sessions in one window but it's not doing real fingerprint spoofing. different tool for a different use case.

kameleo - solid for mobile anti detect specifically but no real free option. skip unless mobile fingerprinting is your specific problem.

tldr: incogniton if you want a free anti detect browser that you can actually use for real work. everything else either limits you too much or costs money straight away.
