Oblivion remaster leveling mod?

Is there a mod that just changes to leveling system to the same one they use in the remaster? All the other ones just seen unnecessarily complicated.

New to this, looking for ideas.

My apartment building sits in the middle of a decent sized city and borders an empty 5 acre lot. Nothing has ever been built on it, it's owned by an out of state development/holding company, and it's done nothing but change hands for the last 30 years.

There's a huge youth sports complex right behind us, but the place is fenced off so it's difficult to access for the people on my street. Beyond that, you'd think that a massive sports park would be a valuable community amenity, but it sits completely empty when it's not being used by the youth sport teams. As it stands, my neighborhood is mostly unwalkable and unsafe. The empty lot is just full of dried grass and garbage. People hardly even take their dogs there since the grass is so high and the ground is so rocky.

I think I could do some real good turning it into a place people want to be. I thought about making a whole ass garden, but my state is far too dry to support that without regular watering. I know usual thing y'all do is spread some native wildflowers, which I'll probably do to an extent, but I don't think that'll be enough for what I want to do, which is mostly to get people outside and foster some community to make this impoverished neighborhood a little safer. Y'all got any ideas?

Feeling a little unloved

TLDR I'm in a relationship with an asexual woman and I'm feeling disconnected from her. I'm looking for some insight on how she might be feeling and ideas for how we can be more physically/romantically intimate.

I'm a trans woman in a long term relationship with an asexual woman, and it's getting a little hard on me. I know in my brain that her not wanting to be intimate in the same ways as I do doesn't mean she doesn't love me, but I really crave some sort of physical affection. Or just attention, really. I've talked to her about it, and she's made an effort to touch and kiss and compliment me more, but it still feels like I have to ask for it. Maybe those things just don't really cross her mind, but it sometimes feels more like we're roommates than partners, and like I'm just being annoying by asking.

I love her to death. I don't want something as little as sex to be a problem in an otherwise great relationship. So I've spent a lot of time thinking about what it is I'm needing, and I really think it's just the attention of it. Like, undivided romantic attention. When I try and kiss her or love on her physically it just feels like she's waiting for it to be over, even though she says that she enjoys it. The quality time that we do spend together is almost always just cuddling while we watch tv or something. Which is great, don't get me wrong, I'm really grateful for the time we spend together. I would just like to feel less like an accessory and more like the main event sometimes.

When I have gotten upset about it and said outright "I want attention" she always asks "what kind of attention?" and I never know what to say. I don't want to ask for anything that makes her uncomfortable and I don't want to feel like a chore by saying "can you just run your fingers through my hair for awhile without looking at your phone." So usually I just say I don't know and she goes back to what she was doing. It really wears me down sometimes. And she doesn't like talking about it because she's had bad experiences with relationships in the past. She always gets defensive like I'm going to ask for an open relationship or something, which isn't something that I want at all.

So I guess what I'm asking y'all is to give me some clarity about her perspective or if I'm asking for too much or something. How have you guys have made your own relationships feel romantic and intentional? And how do I talk to her about all this in a way that makes her feel safe? Thanks for reading.

A few months ago a friend gave me a whack haircut. I managed to salvage what I could without shaving it but it's still pretty whack.

I've got an appointment tomorrow to get it cut. I'm looking for something that'll look decent while I grow it out and that'll hide my hairline. Also ideally not a mullet, but I'll bite the bullet if I don't have any other options. Thanks y'all.
