Gospel singer Gloria Spencer laid this down in 1972.

Considered by some to signal the disco sound which would soon become prevalent in pop music. She passed away in 1976, age 39.

Pink Lady cocktail - Has anyone made this?

It‘s not a bad drink. I’ve seen many recipes. I use a variation from a 1950s cocktail book.

1 1/2 oz gin

1 oz Apple brandy

1/2 lemon juice

1/2 grenadine

Egg white

Shake, strain into cocktail glass. 🍒
