I just want to know if anyone encountered a similar problem and how you were able to resolve it.

I've had my BPI account linked only to this Gcash account alone. Kaya I don't understand why it's saying it's linked to another credit service provider. I backtracked all the platforms I connected my BPI account to. Aside from Gcash, hindi siya automatically linked kahit saan.

Sa Foodpanda, it requires a username and a password as well as an OTP everytime I use it as a payment method. And even then, it's not an e-wallet. And the only other platform I use it for is paying for my tuition using my university's payment portal. That platform also required both username and password as well as a 2-factor authentication using OTP. So I can't really say it's link to the portal. My BPI is not linked to any other third party apps other than these two.

I don't know if system issue 'to kasi I cross searched on FB and Reddit 'yung screenshot. And the only results I found were users who encountered the problem around the time that BPI-Gcash cash in transitioned to InstaPay. So baka system issue but I really don't know.
