Rincon 5

Just saw the Rincon 5 “coming soon” on Hoka.com. So disappointed that the heel drop increased yet again. Now they will be 8mm rather than 5mm like the 4’s. They might as well be a Clifton or a Bondi. I hate the high soles as it makes me feel unsteady. I’m looking for a new pair, but all the ones currently offered are so high.

Swirise curved red light device instructions

Does anyone have an instruction manual or a link to the manual. I bought it a second hand and it did not come with the booklet or anything and I was just wanting to make sure I was doing everything properly. Also, it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be I’m not even a big person, but it sure is snug on my hips if I try to put it over my stomach.

Textured chin help

I’m 51 years old and my chin is getting worse, bumpy and textured. I’m wearing a light moisturizer and bare essentials mineral powder over my whole face. I feel like my pores just stand out so much. Not wearing a primer but wondering if it would help with the texture. And if so, recommendations for a simple primer.

I just bought this from Costco today and I cannot feel the life of me and get that handle release button to pull the handle out. What am I doing wrong?

Has anybody found a brand of no-show socks that would work with my swollen ankle? I’m 13 weeks out so I’m wearing regular shoes and trying to get back to normal stuff but all my no-show socks are from Costco and they’re so small. They can’t even barely fit on my foot. I just don’t want crappy cheap Walmart socks.

I started wearing a compression sock on my operative side because of all the swelling after a full day of work and just today when I took that compression sock off, and I took my regular sock off of my good leg, my good leg looked so humongous compared to my operative leg. I had felt like my calves were starting to look the same, but for some reason today the left one is looking so big. I don’t know if I have something going on with my circulation in that leg or if my surgery leg is still just that much smaller combined with the compression sock it just made my good leg look twice as big. I made an appointment with my doctor tomorrow just in case to make sure I don’t have a blood clot or something, but I also feel like the surgery has made my lipedema so much worse.
